At Warrington Wolves Community Foundation, we’re looking for someone with energy, passion, and a genuine love for community sport to join our team focusing on inspiring the next generation.
This is more than a job — it’s a chance to help children aged Under 6s to Under 11s discover confidence, teamwork, and joy through engaging sport and outreach. You’ll be out in the community, building relationships, creating unforgettable experiences, and helping us grow our impact across Warrington and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Activator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to create healthier, happier communities. Your week might include:

Inspiring the next generation in Primary Schools
Delivering fun, energetic sessions that get kids moving, learning, and loving Rugby League — from PE lessons to after-school clubs and special events. -
Supporting Community Clubs (U6s–U11s)
Helping grassroots clubs thrive by working with coaches, parents, and volunteers to create the best possible experience for young players. -
Creating unforgettable experiences
Bringing festivals, tournaments, and family fun days to life — making sure they’re inclusive, exciting, and packed with positive vibes. -
Being a connector
Building relationships with schools, clubs, and local organisations to help us reach more people and create more impact.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about working with children and grassroots sport.
- Creative, energetic, and confident in leading sessions and events.
- A team player who’s flexible and ready to roll up their sleeves.
- In possession of a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
Key Details
- Salary Banding: £23,800 – £30,000
- Closing Date: 14th November
