Health & Wellbeing Project

Extra-Time

Next Steps

Our Extra-Time programme is specially designed for men who have completed the Offload project and are looking to stay active and social in a supportive environment. With activities like walking rugby, touch rugby, football, and regular social events, Extra-Time offers a fun way to maintain fitness, build new friendships, and keep your mental health on track. Whether you’re passionate about sports or just looking for a community to belong to, Extra-Time is the perfect next step in your journey.

"The Extra-Time programme is all about keeping that sense of community alive while helping participants stay physically and mentally active. It's not just about the sports – it's about building bonds, having fun, and supporting each other long after the Offload project. We’ve seen incredible transformations, and we’re excited to keep that momentum going."
