Mature Movers is a welcoming, low-impact fitness programme designed for older adults looking to stay active and social. Our sessions focus on gentle exercises that help improve mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing, all in a friendly and supportive environment. Whether you're looking to stay fit or simply enjoy the company of others, Mature Movers is the perfect way to keep moving at your own pace while making new friends along the way.

Low-impact dance classes set to feel-good music; we have both seated and standing classes available. Session timetable below.

Standing classes

Tuesdays:

Orford Jubilee Hub at 09:30am & Frank Myler Pavillion at 10am.

Wednesdays:

St. Thomas's Church Hall, Stockton Heath at 09:45am.

Thursdays:

Dallam & Bewsey Hub at 10am & St. Thomas's Church Hall, Stockton Heath at 09:30am.

Fridays:

Whitecross Community Centre, Warrington at 10am, Murdishaw Community Centre, Runcorn at 10:30am

Meeting Lane Community Centre, Penketh at 11:30am, Fairfield Community Centre, Warrington at 11am

& Culcheth Community Centre at 09:30am.

Seated classes

We also have chair based sessions for those who can’t be on their feet for extended periods of time. 

 

Mondays:

Ditton Community Centre, Widnes at 13:30pm  

Wednesdays:

Capesthrone Community Centre at 11:30am.
