What You’ll Be Doing

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a vital role in growing our network of supporters and ensuring our charity’s programmes thrive. Your week might include:

• Driving new business partnerships
  Engaging local and regional businesses to join our Patron Scheme and support projects that transform lives.

• Building lasting relationships
  Connecting with business leaders, understanding their goals, and aligning them with our mission to create happier, healthier communities.

• Creating compelling proposals
  Showcasing the benefits of partnership and tailoring offers to meet business needs while highlighting the difference they’ll make.

• Working alongside our Marketing & Communications Coordinator
  Collaborating to showcase the businesses that keep our charity going, celebrate their support, and ensure communications reflect the wider success of the Foundation.

• Representing the Foundation
  Attending networking events, hosting meetings, and being the face of our business engagement strategy.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about community impact and wants to make a real difference.
• Experienced in sales, business development, or partnership management.
• A confident communicator who can inspire and influence.
• Target-driven, proactive, and motivated by results.
• In possession of a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
