Session Details

Each week, we’ll dive into fun, interactive coaching sessions covering the key pillars of women’s wellbeing: Physical, Mental, Hormonal, and Social Health. And because we love to mix things up, every session includes a different physical activity, always tied into our coaching focus for the week.

 

Tuesdays 18:15 - 19:30 at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.

£3 per session.
