How could Offload help you or the men in your life?

Our award winning Offload programme focuses on equipping you with the resources you require when times get tough. Offload provides an opportunity to create an open culture towards mental wellbeing and removes the stigma around mental health.

Offload is predominantly targeted at men because males are 3 times more likely to take their lives than women.  By starting conversations with men using the lived experiences of professional athletes, coaches & officials who have faced difficult personal circumstances, the sessions enable issues to be identified before they become problems, offering practical tips and solutions to employees.
