Issac’s Volunteer Story

I spent 2 years as a ball boy at Warrington Wolves and as this came to an end I still wanted to be involved with the club so I emailed Neil and he told me all about the Young Trustees and what they do and I joined from there.

Since joining I’ve been on a life-changing trip to Kenya as part of a Peer Education Programme with the Wolves Foundation and the Memusi Foundation, taking Rugby League to a new country and new community. After that experience, I got involved with the Foundation’s inclusion programme and I now volunteer at the weekly Wolfprint Arts, Wolf Club, PDRL and LDRL sessions, along with the Total: Sport holiday camps. Being a part of this group has changed my life and has given me inspiration for what I would like to do in the future.
