We are seeking a passionate and driven Community Activator to join our Health & Wellbeing Team.
This is a frontline role, directly engaging with and supporting participants across Warrington. You will plan, coordinate and deliver impactful community and school-based projects, ensuring high-quality engagement and meaningful outcomes.
While the role contributes across our wider Foundation areas — including rugby, disability, employability, learning and heritage initiatives — this position sits within the Health & Wellbeing Team.

A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to use it for work-related travel are essential. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is also required to meet the needs of the role.
Delivering engaging, high-energy sessions that get children moving, building confidence, and developing positive wellbeing habits. From curriculum PE support and mental wellbeing workshops to after-school clubs and enrichment days, you’ll help young people understand the power of physical activity, the importance of making healthier food choices and building a positive mindset.
You'll achieve this by delivering a range of Health and Wellbeing projects including Everybody Counts, GULP and after schools activities.
Facilitating safe, supportive spaces where participants can open up, connect, and grow. Whether delivering structured mental health workshops, behaviour change programmes, or physical activity sessions designed to boost wellbeing, you’ll play a direct role in improving lives.
Working within the local community to engage people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them feel more connected, supported, and empowered. You’ll contribute to creating and delivering and variety of inclusive sessions, in a welcoming environment where everyone can take part, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of belonging.
Bringing health-focused initiatives, awareness campaigns, and family events to life — ensuring they are inclusive, energetic, and packed with positive impact.
Building strong relationships with schools, community organisations, health providers, and local stakeholders. You’ll help us reach more people, create progression pathways, and deepen our impact across Warrington.
